DAMPER CONTROL

AUTOMATIC
BAGHOUSE/DAMPER CONTROL

The damper section automatically maintains exhaust system negative pressure between operator selected setpoints. Consists of pressure gauge with integrated operator adjustable minimum/maximum setpoints, damper position indicator (meter), increase and decrease push buttons with indicator lights and auto/off/manual selection switch.
The baghouse inlet over temperature section is a thermocouple driven temperature display with integral operator selected maximum temperature setpoint. When the setpoint is exceeded, one set of provided relay contacts is usually used to shut down the burner while a second contact set that changes at fifty degrees Fahrenheit above setpoint is used to close a firedoor.
The baghouse pulse control section remotely times a B & S board to automatically maintain baghouse differential pressure between operator selected setpoints. Consists of pressure gauge with integrated operator adjustable minimum/maximum setpoints, digital push-button controlled high, normal and low pulse rate timers, pulse indication light and auto/off/manual selection switch.
Control can be assembled on 17" X 19.5" or 18" X 21" brushed, hard anodized and silk-screened (baked epoxy) panel. B & S baghouse pulse board not included.

Each pulse section is individually fused and has unique indicator light system to show intact circuit condition when lighted (good fuse, wiring and solenoid). Light goes off during section pulse time. On board pulse timing and width adjustment. Timing can also be remotely adjusted from 1 to 99.9 seconds in one tenth second increments by optional Remote Pulse Timer Board shown below.
