Table-Top Model
DIGI-BATCHERTM can automatically deliver operator selected quantities of up to 99 mix designs directly into a truck and/or automatically configure the plant to deliver any quantity of any mix design to any of up to 3 silos. It can print formula raw materials information on a delivery ticket for each batch produced into truck or silo. Silos can be easily selected to be filled in any order, with the appropriate mix design and quantity and be temporarily paused at any time to load trucks directly, with any other mix design required, without losing track of silo operations. Quick and easy loading operations are provided with an automatic advanced "QUEUE" (waiting list of completely filled out tickets) of up to 10 tickets(trucks) which can also be filled in or modified, anytime in advance, even while a silo or another truck is being filled. Any of these advance tickets(trucks) may be deleted from or inserted into the queue at any place. The DIGI-BATCHERTM handles up to 500 customer, 500 trucks, 500 job orders, 99 mix designs, 99 raw materials, and the last 50,000 tickets. It also has the ability to recall to screen and reprint any of those tickets at any time.The Table-Top Model includes monitor, computer, printer, keyboard, interface cards in a cabinet with complete, true manual backup controls and interconnect cables for all of the above. Two scale digitizers (A&D model AD-4323-01 or AD-4316-01) are required, but not supplied.

The Batch Plant RECYCLE MATERIAL CONTROL precisely controls recycle materials to obtain exact job specifications of the produced asphalt mix. RECYCLE MATERIAL CONTROL controls start/stop and rate recycled material based on virgin aggregate flow. It provides full automatic as well as true manual (backup) operation which is totally independent of the electronics. RECYCLE MATERIAL CONTROL is compatible with plants having virgin aggregate and recycle belt scales providing industry standard milli-amp output (0-20 ma). RECYCLE MATERIAL CONTROL has single control board design which provides control functions usually handled by multiple circuit boards in other systems. The single control boards visual display features help a qualified plant electrician determine if the system is operating satisfactorily and provides clues as to what other equipment may have caused plant malfunction. RECYCLE MATERIAL CONTROLs design concept also eliminates the requirement of a factory trained technician to recalibrate if replacement is ever required.
