DIGI-FILLER_TM 1

DIGI-FILLER_TM 1 is compatible with most asphalt plants that employ discrete aggregate belt scales with 0-20 milli-amp signal indicative of 0-100% of wet aggregate flow. It also works with plant control systems that output 0-4 volts DC (or greater) signal to indicate 0-100% of dry (moisture compensated) aggregate flow. This systems single control board design eliminates the requirement of a factory trained technician to recalibrate when a plant is moved to a new location of if replacement is ever required.

DIGI-FILLER_TM 1 includes pre-wired operator panel with manual backup and control electronics in a 20"W X 16"H x 8"D cabinet.

DIGI-FILLER_TM II

DIGI-FILLER_TM II is compatible with most asphalt plants that employ discrete aggregate belt scales with 0-20 milli-amp signal indicative of 0-100% of wet aggregate flow. It also works with plant control systems that output 0-4 volts DC (or greater) signal to indicate 0-100% of dry (moisture compensated) aggregate flow.

DIGI-FILLER_TM II is available in four sizes rated by maximum delivery rate (usable range of 10% to 100% of maximum).

DIGI-FILLER_TM II single control board design eliminates the requirement of a factory trained technician to recalibrate when a plant is moved to a new location or if replacement is ever required. Recalibration is also not required when changing to a material of different feed characteristics or when moisture content changes the feed characteristic of the same material.

EZ-FILLER_TM II

EZ-FILLER_TM can control weight depletion type, volumetric type or belt scale type silo delivery systems. The setup information required and calibration procedure varies with each type. A menu-driven method is used to manage necessary data and both plant and system parameters can be changed using this menu system. EZ-FILLER_TM can be expanded to an EZ-BLEND_TM plant

EZ-FILLER_TM includes monitor, computer, software, keyboard, computer interface board with cable, and NEMA box with plant interface board for material filler control and monitoring.
