DIGI-LOADER_TM is a computerized system that supports truck scale, weigh batcher, and reverse weigh methods for loadout. It can control up to 6 silos and 2 scales with multiple materials. The software is specifically designed to simplify and speed truck loading. The system can accommodate up to 500 customers, 500 trucks, 500 job orders, 99 materials, and the last 50,000 tickets. It has the ability to recall to screen and reprint any of those 50,000 tickets at any time, now or in the future. A menu-selection method is used to access data and provide maximum flexibility in data management. On-screen ticket is identical to the delivery ticket to make loading a truck easy. The System’s interactive data handling helps fill in system known information and automatically logs new facts. DIGI-LOADER_TM can work in unison and share common data with DIGI-BATCHER_TM (an asphalt batch plant control and system)providing continuously updated common information. DIGI-LOADER_TM is also fully compatible with the EZ-BLEND_TM drum plant control.

EZ-TICKET_TM software is specifically designed to simplify and speed truck/load ticket generation. It can manage up to 3 silos over a single truck scale (or optionally, 6 silos over 2 scales). The system can accommodate up to 500 customers, 500 trucks, 500 job orders, 99 materials and the last 5,000 tickets. It also has the ability to recall to screen and reprint any tickets. A menu-driven method is used to access data and to provide maximum flexibility in data management by pressing either a single letter, number or using arrow keys to move to the desired topic. The on screen ticket is identical to the standard delivery ticket. EZ-TICKET_TM interactive data handling helps fill in system known information and automatically logs new facts.
